Chicken Momos recipe || Steamed Momos || Chicken Dim Sum - Nepali Chicken momos



Hi Everyone,

Steamed Chicken momos are popular recipe of Bhutan and Nepal. It is very healthy momo recipe and very easy to prepare.







INGREDIENTS:

3 cups refine flour,

400g chicken means,

2 tsp garlic - crushed

1 cup onions - chopped

1 cup coriander leaves - chopped

1 tsp soya sauce

salt to taste

4 tbsp oil



METHOD:



- In bowl, add the all purpose flour, salt and oil and mix well.



- Add water (little at a time) to knead the dough.



- Keep kneading until you get a semi stiff dough, cover it with a damp cloth and keep it aside.



- In a another bowl add chicken means, onions, garlics, coriander leaves, soya sauce, salt and oil, mix well.

 Take a small portion of the dough and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a small disc.



- While rolling, make sure that it is slightly thinner at the edges and thick at the centre.



- Place the stuffing at the centre and wet the edges with water.



- Fold the edges towards the centre similar to the method of making modak.



- Boil enough water in a momo steamer or large container and place a strainer over it and also brush it slightly with oil. Place the momos on it and close the lid.



- Let them steam for about 10 - 12 minutes.

Boondi Raita || Quick & Easy Yoghurt Dip Recipe || Side Dish of Biryani & Pulao



Hi Everyone,

Boondi Raita Recipe is the easiest Indian Curd Preparation, can be made by adding boondi in yogurt (dahi / curd) and then flavoured with some mild spices. It is a nice side dish recipe which can be served along with biryani's and pulao's



Ingredients:

1 cup Boondi

Water

2 & 1/2 cups yogurt

1/2 tsp roasted cumin seed powder

Sugar (Optional)

1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder

1/2 tsp chaat masala powder

Salt

Coriander leaves(Optional)



Method:

- Soak the boondi in hot water and leave it aside for 2 mins

- In a bowl add the yogurt,2 cups yogurt with 1/2 cup water, roasted cumin seed powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and whisk everything well.

- Drain out all the water from the boondi and pour the boondi in the bowl

- Mix everything well and serve chilled.

Egg Masala Gravy home style || Simple Egg Curry Recipe || Egg Masala Cur...





Hi Everyone,

This is a very simple egg curry recipe to make at home in short time. This Egg gravy also goes well with biryani and pulao. The consistency of the gravy can be adjusted depending on whether it is going to served with rice or as a side for chapati / roti.



INGREDIENTS:



Egg -  4 boiled,

Onion -  2 medium finely chopped,

Ginger-Garlic paste -  1 & 1/2 tsp,

Cumin seeds -  1/2 tsp,

Curry leaves -  4-5,

Cumin powder -  1/2 tsp,

Coriander powder -  1/2 tsp,

Kashmiri red chilli powder -  1 tsp,

Garem masala powder -  1/2 tsp,

Turmeric powder -  1/3 tsp,

Oil -  4 tbsp,

Salt to taste,



METHOD:



Fry the eggs for a minute and keep a side.



In the same pan add cumin seeds, stir it for a while.



Add onions for fry, until gets brown in colour.



Add ginger-garlic paste, all the dry spices along with curry lives and salt. Mix well for a minute.



Put little bit of water into it, cook it for 2 minutes.



Add fried eggs and stir it for a minute.



Add enough water(as you need) for gravy. Keep the lid off for 2 minutes on medium heat.



Dish is ready to serve.

How to prepare Onion Pakoda | Bengali Pyazi | Tea Time snacks





Welcome to my Kitchen. Today I am going to show you how to prepare "Onion Pakora".This is a delicious and very popular snack that goes well with evening tea.

INGREDIENTS:

Onion - 2 medium finely sliced,
Curry leaves - 8-10,
Green chilli - 2 chopped,
Gram flour - 1 cup,
Rice flour - 1/2 cup,
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp,
Water - as you need,
Salt to taste,
Oil - for fry,


METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients together with a little bit of water. Mixture should be stiff or dough consistency. Leave it for 30 minutes.

Roughly drop into the hot oil.

Fry until become crispy.

Serve hot with a cup of tea/coffee.

Hi Everyone today I am going to show you how to prepare
Indian spicy mutton curry recipe in dhaba style . Mutton curry is an Indian curry dish that is prepared by mutton and lot of spices originated in Bengal and Punjab.

INGREDIENTS:

Mutton - 500g,
Curd - 1 cup,
Onion - 3 large chopped,
Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp,
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp,
Cumin powder - 1and 1/2 tsp,
Coriander powder - 1 tsp,
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp,
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp,
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup,
Pinch of sugar,
Salt to taste,

Whole dry spices:


Bay leaves - 2,
Dry red chilli - 2-3,
Green cardamom - 3,
Cloves - 4,
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch,

METHOD:

Marinate the mutton with curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, sugar and salt. Keep a side for few minutes.

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add whole dry spices and stir it for a while.

Add chopped onions and fry them until gets golden brown.

Add marinated mutton and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.

Add boiled water as you need.

Wait for 5-6 whistle or until become soft.

Serve with rumali roti, paratha, naan or rice.

How to prepare Macaroni Cheese Balls | Snack Recipe | Kids lunch box recipe





Macaroni Cheese Balls is a delicious and kids favourite snack recipe, it is prepared by boiled macaroni and lot of cheese.



INGREDIENTS:



Macaroni -  1 and half cup boiled,

Cheese -  1 cup,

Milk -  2 cups,

Plain flour -  2 tbsp,

Butter -  1 large cube,

Black pepper crushed -  1 tsp,

Mix herbs -  2 tsp,

Garlics -  2 tbsp finely chopped,

Corn flour/starch -  3 tbsp,

Bread crumbs -  2 cups,

Salt to taste,



METHOD:



In a hot pan add butter, once it hot then add garlic and stir for a while.



Put plain flour, mix well with the butter, then add milk slowly and make a smooth mixture.



Add cheese into the mixture, and stir well to get creamy white sauce. add black pepper and salt into the sauce.



Put boiled pasta into the sauce then add mix herb and mix well, when it become sticky consistency, turn off the flame and cool down.



Divide the mixture into small equal portion and keep into the refrigerator for 2 hours.



After 2 hours press the small portions and give it a nice round shape.



mix corn flour and water to get a thin batter,



Deep the macaroni balls into the butter and coat with the bread crumbs.



Fry into the medium heat oil.



Serve hot.
